Necessary products for cooking potato salad with eggs:
1 kg potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 pickled cucumbers, 2 eggs.
Sauce: 1 cup of water with vinegar mixed in it, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, pepper, salt, 0.25 teaspoon of sugar.
Recipe for potato salad with eggs:
Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Boil eggs, peel, cut into small cubes. Peel the skins of the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Add eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, finely chopped onions, spices, salt to potatoes. Mix lightly.
Prepare the sauce. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil to a cup with vinegar and water, mix well. Pour sauce over salad and mix.
