Necessary products for cooking baked potatoes with cottage cheese:
750 g of potatoes (boiled), 200 g of cottage cheese (soft), 0.25 liters of milk (or cream), 3 eggs, 80 g of vegetable oil, a little tomato paste, a pinch of paprika (not hot), salt.
Recipe for baked potatoes with cottage cheese:
Peel boiled potatoes, cut into slices and salt.
Put the potatoes in a fireproof dish in one layer, top with a layer of cottage cheese, and pour over a mixture made from milk (cream), tomato paste, egg yolks, paprika and beaten egg whites. And so on, layer by layer. Brush the top layer of potatoes well with oil.
Put the dishes with potatoes in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
