Necessary products for cooking potato salad from young potatoes:
1 kg of potatoes (young), 4 eggs, 200 ml of sour cream, salt, 1 teaspoon of mustard, parsley, a pinch of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
Recipe for potato salad from young potatoes:
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, cut into small slices. Drizzle with vinegar.
Boil the eggs, remove and grind the yolks. Stirring constantly, add mustard and sour cream. Add a little sugar, vinegar, parsley, finely chopped egg whites to the resulting sauce.
Pour sauce over potatoes, mix thoroughly, leave for 15 minutes in a cool place.
