Ingredients for making potato salad with apples, celery and cream:
400 g potatoes, 200 g apples, 300 g celery, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt to taste. For the sauce: 0.125 l cream (whipped), 0.125 l mayonnaise, 1 lemon, half a spoonful of mustard, pepper and salt to taste.

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Boil the celery and also cut it into slices. Mix potatoes and celery. Drizzle with vegetable oil and vinegar, salt.
Make a sauce by squeezing the lemon juice and grating the lemon zest, adding whipped cream, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt to them.
Peel and slice the sour apples, add to the potatoes and celery, pour over the sauce and mix.
