Necessary products for cooking potato salad with spring vegetables and sour cream:
800 g potatoes, 1 bunch radish, 1 fresh cucumber, 150 g celery, 50 g onion, 2 hard-boiled eggs.
For the sauce: 60 g of vegetable oil, 0.12 l of red wine, 0.25 l of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of mustard, paprika, 1 clove of garlic, a little sugar.
Recipe for potato salad with spring vegetables and sour cream:
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into strips. Boil the celery and also cut it into strips.
Mix potatoes, celery, add chopped radish, cucumber, onion, boiled eggs.
Make sauce: mix red wine with vegetable oil, add garlic, mashed with salt, mustard, paprika, ketchup, a little sugar and pour sour cream over everything.
Pour the potato salad with the resulting sauce, mix it and put it in a cold place for a while.
