Necessary products for cooking boiled potatoes:
1 kg of potatoes, parsley, salt to taste.
Recipe for boiled potatoes:
Peel potatoes, rinse and boil for about 50 minutes. If the potatoes are young, reduce the time by 7-10 minutes. When cooking, add salt and a sprig of parsley to the water (parsley can be replaced with cumin).
When boiling old potatoes (for example, in spring), you can add a spoonful of vinegar to the water. You can check if the potato is ready by piercing the potato with a toothpick or a knife (should be easy to pierce).
After cooking, drain the water, and leave the potatoes for a while under the lid.
Serve at the table as a side dish.
