Potato salad with vegetables. Recipe
Necessary products for cooking potato salad with vegetables:
800 g potatoes, cauliflower (1 small head), 50 g vegetable oil, 200 g green peas, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon mustard, parsley or chives, salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe for potato salad with vegetables:
Boil potatoes in their skins until fully cooked and refrigerate. Peel cold potatoes and cut into slices.
Stew green peas in oil. Boil cauliflower. Cool everything. Mix sour cream with herbs and spices.
Add peas and chopped cauliflower to potatoes. Pour in sour cream and mix lightly.
Serve potato salad at the table.
