Potato salad with radishes, celery and cream. Recipe
Ingredients needed to prepare potato salad with radishes, celery and cream:
600 g potatoes, 1 bunch of radishes, 250 g celery, 2 eggs, 1 onion (small), 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 150 g cheese (Roquefort), salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar, 0.5 lemon (or 1 tablespoon spoon of vinegar), parsley, 200 ml of cream.
Recipe for potato salad with radishes, celery and cream:
Boil potatoes, peel, cut into cubes. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Also peel and dice celery, onion, cucumber and radish. Mix potatoes with vegetables and eggs.
To prepare the sauce, mix cream with sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Squeeze lemon juice or add vinegar. Mix everything.
Season the salad with the prepared sauce and leave it to brew a little in a cool place.
