Baked potatoes with mushrooms. Recipe

Necessary products for cooking baked potatoes with mushrooms:

750 g potatoes (boiled), 250 g mushrooms (fresh), 80 g vegetable oil, 1 small onion, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 2 garlic cloves, cumin, salt to taste.

Recipe for baked potatoes with mushrooms:

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into slices.

Wash the mushrooms well and cut. Peel and cut the onion. Fry onions in oil, add mushrooms, salt, add cumin and fry.

Put a layer of potatoes in a greased refractory dish, then a layer of stewed mushrooms. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. And so, layer by layer. Grease the top layer well with oil.

Bake potatoes with mushrooms in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Beat eggs and mix them with milk. Pour the mixture over the baked potatoes with mushrooms and bake for another 10 minutes.
