Ingredients needed to make baked potatoes with cheese:
750 g boiled potatoes, 250 g cheese (Dutch or Swiss), 80 g butter, 1 cup meat broth (can be replaced with milk), salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe for baked potatoes with cheese:
Boil potatoes in their skins. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut cheese into thin slices. Lay, alternating, layers of potatoes and cheese in a refractory dish, pre-lubricated with oil. Each laid layer is also lubricated with oil.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then pour the potatoes with broth or milk and bake for another 5-10 minutes until cooked.
Serve potatoes with stewed vegetables or smoked meat.
