Baked potatoes with cheese. Recipe
Ingredients needed to make baked potatoes with cheese:
1 kg of new potatoes, 40 g of vegetable oil, 150 g of cheese (Swiss or Dutch), salt and cumin to taste.
Recipe for baked potatoes with cheese:
Peel the potatoes, cut into 2 or 4 parts, and place the cut side on a pre-oiled baking sheet.
Then brush potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with cumin and salt. Bake potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take out the potatoes, make two cuts on each piece of potato, and put a piece of cheese into each. Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve with a salad or as a side dish for grilled meats.
