Necessary products for cooking baked potatoes with champignons:
750 g of potatoes, 200 g of mushrooms, 80 g of vegetable oil, 50 g of grated cheese, 0.25 l of broth (beef), a quarter of a lemon, salt to taste.
Recipe for baked potatoes with champignons:
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry.
Clean and cut the mushrooms into slices. Pour them with lemon juice (so as not to turn black) and salt. Fry mushrooms in oil.
Mix potatoes and champignons, put them in a fireproof bowl. Pour everything with beef broth (preferably strong), sprinkle with grated cheese, pour the rest of the oil on top.
Put potatoes with champignons in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown on top.
