Baked potatoes with pork and fish. Recipe
Necessary ingredients for preparing baked potatoes with pork and fish:
500 g potatoes, 200 g pork, 1 onion, pepper, salt, 1 clove garlic, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 200 g fish fillet, 20 g flour, 1 cup meat broth, parsley.
Recipe for baked potatoes with pork and fish:
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Cut the pork into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with onions, adding spices and garlic.
Fry the fish fillet in vegetable oil, salting it first.
Place potatoes in layers in a fireproof dish, then pork, then another layer of potatoes, on top - a layer of fish and again a layer of potatoes.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stir the broth with flour and pour this mixture over the potatoes. Place back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of baked potatoes with pork and fish and serve.
