Necessary products for cooking young boiled potatoes:
1 kg of new potatoes, greens (parsley or celery), cumin and salt to taste, you can also add 30 g of vegetable oil and 1 cup of milk.
Recipe for young boiled potatoes:
Peel the new potatoes from the skin, throw them into boiling salted water. Add greens and cumin. Boil for about 25 minutes. Drain the water and drizzle the potatoes with oil.
Also, young potatoes can be boiled in their skins (this is less laborious, which is especially important if the potatoes are very small). Cooking time can also be reduced to 20 minutes.
After the new potatoes are cooked, peel them, pour over with oil and milk. Shake the dishes and heat briefly on the stove.
