Baked potatoes with smoked meat (Prague). Recipe

Necessary products for cooking potatoes baked with smoked meat:

750 g of boiled potatoes, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 100 g of boiled smoked meat or ham, 80 g of vegetable oil, 1 cup of cream, 2 tablespoons of ground crackers, salt.

Recipe for baked potatoes with smoked meat:

Boil potatoes and peel. Cut half of the potatoes into slices, and mash the other half into mashed potatoes. Cut ham or smoked meat into thin strips.

Whisk whole eggs and yolks with butter until foamy. Add meat or ham, mashed potatoes, spices and salt to the resulting mixture.

Lubricate a refractory dish with oil, and line it along the bottom and walls with potato slices. Top with mashed potatoes and ham. Pour everything with cream, grease with vegetable oil on top and bake in the oven - at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Serve potatoes baked with smoked meat along with vegetable salads.
