Necessary products for cooking baked potatoes with smoked meat:

750 g boiled potatoes, 250 g smoked meat, 1 onion, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 raw eggs, 1 cup milk, 100 g vegetable oil, cumin, pepper, salt to taste.

Recipe for baked potatoes with smoked meat:

Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Peel and cut the onion. Boil eggs and cut into cubes. Fry onions and smoked meat in oil, add eggs and fry a little more.

Peel potatoes and cut into slices.

Put a layer of potatoes in a greased fireproof dish, then a layer of fried meat with onions and eggs. Thus lay a few more layers. The last layer should be potatoes, richly oiled. Sprinkle top with cumin and pepper.

Put the potatoes with meat in the oven and bake until cooked at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then take out the potatoes, pour it with a mixture of milk and raw eggs. Place in oven and bake until golden brown.
